Daniel Chaberman is a licensed Florida real estate broker with over 14 years of hands-on experience in commercial brokerage, leasing, and development advisory across South Florida.

He built Chaberman Advisory around a fundamental truth: most commercial real estate assets don't fail because of the market — they fail because no one is actually running the execution. As a development partner on projects totaling 332,857 SF across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, Daniel has been on the ownership side of the table.
